"I had a wonderful time working with whoever that was!"

Alright, so you're probably aware by now that Jared Leto is a very serious actor™ and as part of his very serious actor™ process, he stays in character on and off set — because who doesn't want to be sent anal beads and a dead pig from a coworker?

When asked when she actually met Jared as Jared, Anne replied, "This weekend, at SXSW. We Zoomed before we started, but I kind of think he was Paolo Gucci."

As Jared himself said that he was "snorting lines of arrabbiata" making House of Gucci — perhaps that may have been a tell.

"I really respect Jared's process, and I had a wonderful time working with whoever that was! We really created the most beautiful connection between us, and I always wanted to be really respectful...but the day the House of Gucci trailer came out, I had to do something! I couldn't just let it be!"

Anne then clarified that the House of Gucci trailer came out about three months into shooting WeCrashed. "We shot a really intense scene all day," she continued. "He was like, 'Have a good night.'"

WeCrashed shot for six months in total. Can you imagine???!?!?!?!

In response, Anne said that she did her best impression of Lady Gaga's "Father, son, house of Gucci" line.

As for how Jared reacted, Anne recalled, “I didn’t know what would happen because he’s so intense in his commitment to his process — but I swear to God, he split into three.”

“It was like a horcrux: Over here was Jared, over here was Paolo Gucci, and here was Adam Neumann!" she continued. "I was like, ‘Oh dear,’ and he was like, ‘Whoa, I think I just time-traveled!’”

This isn't the first time Anne has spoken about Jared's ~process~ — she previously told Variety, "I didn’t really work with Jared. ... He was only ever Adam. It was fun. Wild and focused. Inspiring.”

It's worth mentioning that in the same Variety profile, the Morbius director described working with him in one scene as "a bit spooky."

Anyway, off I go to method act as someone with their life together!
