Throughout the history of Batman movies and TV shows, DCU fans have looked forward to critically analyzing the costume changes in Catwoman's suits. Here is a ranked list of all the major Catwoman suits in DCU history (live-action only).

9. Julie Newmar in the Batman TV Series

Yes, the suit looked absolutely stunning on Newmar. But is this what a superhero costume looks like? Newmar's costume looks like a runway or red carpet outfit rather than a Catwoman suit.

8. Eartha Kitt in Batman the TV Show

Again, this costume is on the lines of the previous one.

7. Lee Meriwether in Batman: The Movie

While this definitely is a toned-down version of the Newmar costume, the addition of the eye mask gives it more personality.

6. Camren Bicondova in Gotham

This costume in general is stylish, but in an everyday outfit kinda stylish — not a Catwoman suit kinda stylish. It's practical but not what we would expect a Catwoman to wear.

5. Halle Berry in Catwoman

Halle Berry's portrayal of Catwoman has fans and haters alike. While the costume is fun, new, and cool, it's highly impractical as a Catwoman suit.

4. Michelle Pfeiffer in Batman Returns

This instantly recognizable suit is elegant, stylish, and something I would imagine a Catwoman wearing. Although, Pfeiffer has publicly revealed, “It was the most uncomfortable costume I’ve ever been in. They had to powder me down, help me inside and then vacuum-pack the suit. They’d paint it with a silicon-based finish to give it its trademark shine. I had those claws, and I was always catching them in things. The face mask was smashing my face and choking me…we had a lot of bugs to work out.”
