It sounds like it was pretty cute.

As I'm sure you'll recall, our first time seeing Kim and Pete together came several weeks before their rendezvous at Knott's Scary Farm. It happened during a Saturday Night Live sketch, when they kissed — seemingly out of nowhere — right before our eyes on TV.

The moment took place in the midst of Kim's SNL hosting debut, which, it turns out, she and Pete spoke about nearly a month before taping the live show.

The two apparently crossed paths at the Met Gala last September. According to Kim, the SKIMS founder received some words of encouragement from Pete after admitting she felt apprehensive about the gig.
