Listing Every "Please Don't Destroy" SNL Sketch From Worst To Best

John becomes depressed after breaking up with his girlfriend, Angie, and the guys encourage him to call her and apologize. However, when John does call her, he's so nervous, he ends up insulting her repeatedly without any restraint. And even when the guys take over for him, they can't help but insult her either. This all lead to Angie barging into the room and slamming John's head into a desk.

During this one, the guys decide to reinvent themselves for the new year and start testing some new personalities. Though the sketch begins with John just wearing a hat, things quickly go off the rails and they end up imitating a Southern waitress, a stressed-out scientist, and Severus Snape. Hats off to that Jimmy Neutron reference, by the way.

When host Rami Malek joins the guys in their office, he feels that he deserves a treat for his good behavior. Though he does get a treat, he asks for more, and things get weirder from there. Mr. Robot acts like a naughty child and starts making a mess throughout the office. But when Martin whips out a gun, somehow, that's when it gets out of hand.

In this sketch, the guys get an unexpected visit from their future selves, who try to warn them about the impending disaster caused by climate change. Unfortunately, the guys are more concerned about the strange and depressing state of their future counterparts. Martin ends up divorced, Ben's hair looks like a wig, and for some reason, John becomes more Italian. We've all wondered what we would be like in the future, but I bet none of you imagined it would be quite like this.

Here, Ben and John are confused when Martin hangs out with Conner, a young boy he claims is his friend. Conner throws Ben and John off by practicing the violin, pitching an offensive joke for Weekend Update, and saying they're both like "Jacob." But after he saves John from choking, they all go out to a nightclub to drink Hennessy with Colin Jost.

This was the group's first sketch on SNL, and they made a pretty good impression. In a parody of the hard seltzer craze, we see Ben and Martin drinking cans created by JC Penney and Jiffy Lube that taste like their signature products. Even Martin's dentist has his own drink, so you have to wonder what that tastes like. It's a great introduction to the group's brand of surreal, rapid-fire humor that made us want to see more of them on the show.

This sketch starts with Ben revealing the facelift he got to look better for the camera. Though the other guys criticize Ben's terrifying new look, John reveals that he got freaky finger extensions that make him look like E.T. However, the true shock comes when Martin reveals a talking, second face on the top of his head.

When the guys meet up with Pete Davidson, the latter decides to do a rap video with them for the show. While they're excited to work with Davidson, the trio is irritated by him constantly ripping on them during his song, "Three Sad Virgins." No matter what feedback they give, Pete just keeps on making fun of them. Even Taylor Swift gets in on the fun at their expense. As the group's most-viewed sketch, it shows what the group is capable of when the show gives them enough resources.
