Earlier this week, Reddit user u/TheCrowsNestTV asked the AskReddit community: "What is your most controversial movie opinion?"

Of course, since everyone has some sort of debatable movie opinion, the thread went viral as thousands of people shared some of their hot takes. Here are some of the top-voted and most controversial comments:
